Cancellation Policy
By booking a Wild Spa session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Health & Safety Agreement and Liability Statement. 1. Eligibility & Booking The Wild Spa is exclusively for Top of the Woods guests. Advance booking required—walk-ins are subject to availability and must be paid before use. The Wild Spa is adults-only (18+ years)—no children allowed. Private bookings guarantee exclusive use; otherwise, the spa is shared. Your booking is valid only for the 1-hour session reserved. 2. Changing & Cancelling Your Booking Changes within 48 hours are treated as cancellations, and you must rebook and pay again. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Cancellations before 48 hours receive a 90% refund, with 10% retained as a cancellation fee. If the spa is closed due to maintenance, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. 3. Health & Safety Agreement Use of the Wild Spa is at your own risk. Consult a doctor before booking if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure about your health. Guests with heart or respiratory conditions should avoid sauna use or seek medical advice. By booking, you confirm you are fit to use the facilities and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing. 4. Spa Etiquette & Rules No alcohol or drugs—guests under the influence will not be allowed in. No electronic devices (phones, cameras, tablets) inside the sauna. Swimwear or appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Respectful behaviour is required—any harassment or misconduct will result in removal and possible police involvement. We may conduct maintenance or cleaning at any time and will notify you of planned closures where possible. 5. Liability Disclaimer While we ensure the spa is maintained, guests use it at their own risk. Top of the Woods is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage related to spa use, including health issues.
