Full Terms & Conditions
TOTW Peace of Mind Guarantee must be purchased at time of booking your holiday
You will need to purchase a TOTW Peace of Mind Guarantee per accommodation you are booking
‘Full refund’ means what you have paid for your holiday to Top of the Woods
If you booked directly with Top of the Woods, you will receive a full refund
If you booked your holiday via a 3rd party site (e.g Cool Camping website / Airbnb/ Pitch Up) your ‘full refund’ will exclude any 3rd party commission/payment processing fee by those 3rd party agents
This guarantee can be used up to 24 hours before your check in date (24 hours is defined as 3.30 pm the day before the start of your holiday)
This guarantee can only be used if the holiday balance has been paid in full.
This guarantee cannot be used for deposit payments
This guarantee cannot use be used to get a refund on a reduced holiday stay on the orginal booking
To use this guarantee the person who made the booking will need to contact Top of the Woods by email or phone to advise us you want to cancel or move your holiday dates
Covid Booking Guarantee
With our Covid Booking Gurantee, if you have to cancel your booking because a UK government public health measure makes it unlawful to travel and/or make use of the accommodation you have booked with us, for example a local lockdown or limits on group sizes, you will not lose your holiday!
You will have full flexibility to:
✓ Transfer to a later date
✓ Choose a credit note to the full value of your booking
*Transfer of date and credit note to be used up to 12 months from your original booking date, subject to availability
*You will need to notify us via email 3 days before your stay with us to use the Coronavirus Booking Guarantee.
