Set just away from the main camping meadow, the Friends Power & Park Up pitches give small family & friends camping groups space, epic views and open skies, with a little more ease. With electric hook-up and the option to have a car on the pitch.
This meadow catches the light beautifully, with wide sunsets, calm evenings and star lit skies. On clear summer nights, you can often see the Milky Way overhead, with wildlife moving quietly along the meadow edges. So, sit back, be free and enjoy the feeling of being relaxed in a beautiful natural setting.
Choose a jumbo pitch all to yourself (15 × 15 m), ideal for one or two tents with parking by your pitch and optional EHU.
Or, book both jumbo pitches together, the Milky Way and North Star pitches, to create a private camping area for friends or family. Together, they can accommodate up to four tents, or a mix of two tents and two campervans, for groups of up to 12 people, giving you space to be together while still enjoying room to breathe.
Unfortunately, motorhomes and caravans can’t be accommodated beacuse the jumbo grass pitches and access track to the campsite are not designed for their size or weight.

We had 7 nights camping in our van. The pitch we were allocated was perfect, the views were beautiful & to be able to sit and watch the sunset was perfect. The facilities were 10/10! Our 3 children were able to play freely & safely all of the time. It really was the best campsite we’ve ever stayed on (and there’s been many we’ve visited) none compare to Top of the woods. We had everything we needed, shelter & games. Pizza night was a real treat! Meeting the pigs (and your dogs & cats) was fun!
I didn’t want to leave.....We will definitely be coming back.

What makes Meadow Camping at Top of the Woods special?
Meadow Camping at Top of the Woods is about the luxury of space, time and nature. Set across five acres of wildflower meadow and edged by woodland, each pitch is generously spaced with open views across the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It’s quiet, car-free camping with campfires, big skies and room to slow down. Simple, nature-rich camping with thoughtful facilities that make it easy to relax and enjoy time together.
Can we bring a motorhome or caravan?
These jumbo grass pitches (15 x15 metres) are suitable for tents and light campervans only. Unfortunately, motorhomes and caravans can’t be accommodated beacuse the grass pitch and the access track to the campsite, are not designed for their size or weight.
Where are the Milky Way and North Star pitches located?
The Milky Way pitch sits beside newly planted woodland, offering a more tucked-away, nature-immersed feel. The North Star pitch is closer to the main car park, making unloading and access easier.
Do these pitches have electric hook-up (EHU)?
Yes. Milky Way and North Star are the only camping pitches on site with electric hook-up, ideal for friends or small groups wanting a little extra ease. Electric hook-up can be added as an optional extra for £7 per night.
Can we park by our pitch?
Yes. Friends Power & Park Up is the only meadow where cars are allowed, with one vehicle included on the pitch. If you’re bringing a second vehicle, it can be parked in the main car park nearby.
Is there space for our group to sit and eat together?
Yes. Each pitch includes a picnic bench and fire pit, with plenty of space around the pitch to add camp chairs and gather comfortably as a group.
