🔥 Wood-Fired Sauna
Relax in the deep warmth of our wood-fired sauna, with views over the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the peaceful wildlife pond. Let nature melt your stress away.
 
🌧️ Outdoor Rainforest Showers
Cool off or heat up with waterfall-style rainforest showers. Alternate hot and cold for muscle relief, mental clarity, and a refreshing full-body reset.
 
🌿 Nature Garden & Wildlife Pond
Pause among birdsong and dragonflies in our wild garden sanctuary. This space is centred around a standing stone that points to the ancient Preseli Hills—home of the Stonehenge bluestones.
 
🌅 Sunset Deck & Fire Pit
Sink into a rocking recliner with panoramic sunset views of Frenni Fawr. Let the golden-hour glow and fire pit warmth ease you into your evening.

  • By purchasing a Wild Spa Holiday Pass or booking a 2-Hour Wild Spa Day Session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions, including the Health & Safety Agreement and Liability Disclaimer.

     

    1. Eligibility & Access

    • The Wild Spa is exclusively for guests staying at Top of the Woods.

    • Advance purchase is required. Walk-ins are subject to availability and must be paid for before use.

    • The spa is for adults aged 18+ only. Children are not permitted.

    • Dogs are not allowed in the Wild Spa area.

    • The Holiday Pass offers shared access during published opening times for the duration of your stay.

    • The Day Session is valid only for the specific 2-hour time slot booked.

    • Private bookings guarantee exclusive use. All other bookings are shared sessions.

     

    2. Changes & Cancellations

    • Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% admin fee retained.

    • If we need to cancel a session due to maintenance, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered an alternative where possible.

     

    3. Health & Safety Agreement

    • Use of the Wild Spa is at your own risk.

    • If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether the spa is suitable for you, please seek medical advice before booking.

    • Guests with heart or respiratory issues are advised not to use the sauna unless cleared by a doctor.

    • By booking, you confirm that you are medically fit to use the spa and accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing.

     

    4. Spa Etiquette & Guest Behaviour

    • Alcohol and drugs are not permitted. Anyone under the influence will be refused entry.

    • Electronic devices (phones, cameras, tablets) are not allowed inside the sauna.

    • Swimwear or appropriate spa attire must be worn at all times.

    • The Wild Spa is a shared, quiet space—respectful behaviour is expected. Any harassment or misconduct will lead to removal and may involve the authorities.

    • We may carry out cleaning or maintenance during open hours. We'll give notice of planned closures where possible.

     

    5. Liability & Personal Property

    • While we maintain the Wild Spa to a high standard, use is entirely at your own risk.

    • Top of the Woods is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from spa use.

    • Guests are responsible for their own personal items. We recommend not bringing valuables to the spa.
