Wild Spa – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a Wild Spa session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Health & Safety Agreement and Liability Statement. ________________________________________ 1. Eligibility & Booking • The Wild Spa is exclusively for Top of the Woods guests. • Advance booking is required — walk-ins are subject to availability and must be paid before use. • The Wild Spa is adults-only (18+) — no children allowed. • Private bookings guarantee exclusive use; otherwise, the spa is a shared space. • Your booking is valid only for the 2-hour session reserved. ________________________________________ 2. Changing & Cancelling Your Booking • Changes within 48 hours of your booking are treated as cancellations; you must rebook and pay again. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a 90% refund (10% retained as a cancellation fee). • If the spa is closed due to maintenance, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. ________________________________________ 3. Health & Safety Agreement • Use of the Wild Spa is at your own risk. • Consult a doctor before booking if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure about your health. • Guests with heart or respiratory conditions should avoid sauna use or seek medical advice before participating. • By booking, you confirm that you are fit to use the facilities and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing. ________________________________________ 4. Spa Etiquette & Rules • No alcohol or drugs — guests under the influence will not be permitted to enter. • No electronic devices (phones, cameras, tablets) allowed inside the sauna. • Swimwear or appropriate attire must be worn at all times. • No dogs or pets allowed in the Wild Spa area. • Please behave respectfully — harassment or misconduct will result in removal and may involve police action. • Maintenance or cleaning may be carried out at any time — we will notify you of planned closures where possible. ________________________________________ 5. Liability & Personal Belongings • Guests use the Wild Spa at their own risk. • Do not bring valuables, jewellery, or expensive items into the spa or sauna — the high heat and communal nature of the space are not suitable for them. • Top of the Woods is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including items
