Route 1
The Wild Pembrokeshire Coastal Epic
Route: Ceibwr Bay → Poppit Sands → Teifi Waterside Inn
Distance: 10.5 km · 5–6 hours
Style: Challenging
A spectacular stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with towering headlands, exposed cliff-top trails and huge, cinematic sea views. It’s the most dramatic of the three routes — rugged, raw and wildly beautiful from the first ascent.
Yes, it’s a challenging walk, but at your own pace the big views, wildlife and sea air make it feel wonderfully achievable and deeply rewarding.
Look out for choughs, seabirds and the chance to spot dolphins or porpoises off Cemaes Head. On clear days you may even glimpse Snowdonia across Cardigan Bay.
Your descent leads onto Poppit Sands, a stunning dune-backed beach beside a nature reserve. A perfect place to pause before the final stretch.
From here, follow the edge of the Teifi salt marsh to the Teifi Waterside Inn, where your pick-up awaits and a warm drink finishes the day perfectly.
A powerful, unforgettable route for walkers who want the full “wow” experience.
Route 2
Wild Coves & Hidden Beaches
Route: Trefdraeth (Newport)
Parrog → Pwllgwaelod → Sailors Saftey Pub
Distance: 7 km · 4–5 hours
Style: Moderate to Challenging
A stunning estuary-to-coast walk linking hidden coves, wild beaches and pockets of quiet woodland coppice along the way.
This route is moderate to challenging, with classic Pembrokeshire ups and downs as the path rises and falls along the rugged coastline — but the rewards are more than worth it.
You’ll discover small, beautiful beaches and sheltered coves perfect for a cheeky wild sea swim sea or a slow lunch while you take in the cliffs and the wide Celtic Sea. Keep an eye on the shoreline too — this is prime dolphin and seal territory.
End the walk in the the old smuggler pub The Sailors Safety, for a drink as you wait for your pick up back to camp
A beautiful coastal walk with wild beaches, hidden coves, sweeping sea views — full of calm, colour and wild life.
Route 3
Ynys Dinas (Dinas Island): Epic 360° Views
Route: Pwllgwaelod → Ynys Dinas (Dinas head) → Sailors Safety Pub
Distance: 5 km · 3-4 hours
Style: Moderate to Challenging
A spectacular coastal loop around Ynys Dinas (Dinas Head). Expect the trail to climbs onto wild ancient cliff paths alive with razorbills, guillemots and the chance to spot seals resting below.
It’s a shorter route than the other two, with some steep, punchy sections — but taken steadily, it’s wonderfully achievable and totally spectacular.
At the headland summit, you’ll reach an unforgettable 360° panorama across Cardigan Bay and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, on a clear day you can see Ireland & North Wales, a stand-out moment of the walk & perfect for your socials
Descend into Cwm-yr-Eglwys, a peaceful cove. A lovely place for a pause, snack and a bit of wild swimming in the Celtic sea.
End the walk at the old smugglers pub The Sailors’ Safety, the perfect place to unwind before your pick-up and back to camp.
A stunning walk with big views, wildlife moments and an epic feel of coastal magic.
