Are you looking for a unique paddleboarding SUP weekend exploring Pembrokeshire’s most beautiful waterways? Explore the River Teifi Gorge or the wild Pembrokeshire National Coast by SUP.
We’ve created a weekend for you with great food, eco-luxury glamping accommodation and a breathtaking guided SUP experience — all with zero hassle.
Just turn up with your favourite people and your sense of adventure, and enjoy the perfect weekend in the wild.
Across the weekend you’ll explore one of Pembrokeshire’s most spectacular water routes. Your qualified SUP guide will choose the perfect location for tides, weather and your experience level — either the calm, wildlife-rich Teifi Gorge or the wild and remote Ceibwr coastline with its caves and coves. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the journey.
We take care of everything: your paddleboarding equipment and safety gear, your expert guide, delicious meals throughout and two nights of eco-camping or luxury glamping.

Your whole paddleboarding weekend is organised for you
Guided SUP adventure

A three-hour paddleboarding session led by a qualified SUP instructor and local coastal guide.
All equipment provided: paddleboard, buoyancy aid and safety kit.
Your route is chosen for the weather, tides and your experience level.
Two nights’ accommodation - Choose your eco-luxury glamping accommodation or bring your own tent.
Weekend food included

Saturday & Sunday: hot cooked breakfasts

Saturday evening: two-course dinner in the Dutch Barn (high season) or delivered to your accommodation (other times of the year)

Qualified guides - Led by a fully qualified SUP Instructor, Beach Lifeguard and local Adventure Guide.
Group size & suitability - Max 6 people · Confident swimmers · Previous SUP experience recommended
Ages 16+ (under 18s with adult)
Weather flexibility - If sea conditions aren’t suitable, you’ll explore sheltered coves or switch to the Teifi Gorge river route.
