Not every celebration needs a packed itinerary.
Sometimes you want somewhere everyone can arrive, settle in and feel at home. A place to try something together, cook a feast or spend an evening putting the world to rights around the fire.
At Top of the Woods, you have 27 acres of meadows and woodland, dark skies and with woodland and a waterfall trails straight from the campsite site. Spend a day exploring the coast, head to the waterfall or give yourselves an afternoon with very little planned.
There’s space to be sociable and quieter corners when anyone needs time to themselves. We want everyone to feel safe, included and free to be themselves, with consideration and respect for the people around them.
Our atmosphere is relaxed and outdoorsy, with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Whole-site hire can accommodate groups of up to 80 people, with a mix of camping and glamping accommodation, gathering spaces and room to shape the celebration around your group.

Things to do on a group getaway in Pembrokeshire
Whether your group wants adventure or stillness, there’s plenty to shape your stay around.
One of the simplest and most memorable things you can do is step straight from your pitch or glamping accommodation into the woodland and follow the trails to a hidden waterfall.

All our glamping accommodation comes equipped for self-catering. Prepare food at your own accommodation and gather to eat, or share the cooking between different teams.
If you’ve hired a meadow exclusively, ask about a large group camp kitchen or BBQ. A Dutch Barn takeover may also be possible, especially outside school holidays.
During the school holidays, our pop-up food nights offer favourites such as stone-fired pizza, fish and chips or burritos. Check what’s planned for your dates, as options vary.
Then settle around the campfire and see where the conversation takes you.
Our Wild Spa gives the adults in your group somewhere to spend a few hours relaxing together.
Enjoy the wood-fired sauna, hot and cold rainforest showers, sunset deck and hammocks, with time to rest in the pond garden between sessions.

Where can we go for a group glamping holiday in Pembrokeshire?

Is Top of the Woods suitable for birthday weekends and reunions?

Can we book glamping for a large group in Wales?
Yes. At Top of the Woods, individual glamping meadows sleep up to 16, 20 or 36 people, depending on the accommodation. For larger groups, whole-site hire combines camping and glamping for up to 80 people.
Can adults enjoy a group getaway without children?
Absolutely. Friends, couples and adult community groups are welcome. For a quieter stay with fewer families onsite, consider May, June, early July or September outside school holidays. Exclusive meadow and whole-site bookings are also available, subject to availability.
