What a memorable camping moment our guest, Emma captured with this shot. Camping s'mores are certainly part of Top of the Woods' DNA. Just look at his face - it looks like the best thing he has tucked into all year!

Our Kunekune pigs, Harry, Gertrude, and Myrtle, are always so popular with our guests. This photo by Natasha made us chuckle because we rarely get piggie bottom selfies! (and we love that her boyfriend is still happy to pose with them.)

The joy, the freedom, of letting the kids run wild. One of the things we say at Top of the Woods is that within minutes of coming to stay with us, the children go wild and feral - in a good kind of way!

Those of us who have dogs know that the best holidays include our fur babies. They are part of the family and dog-friendly camping or glamping is a fantastic way to be together.
We're impressed with this shot at our Safari Lodges on our Sausage Dog Weekend as it's not easy achieving such a well-posed pooch pic.
Sarah asked if she could bring an extra dog with her because they had recently got a little puppy (the one on the far right), and we can see why she fell in love with these little sausage dog cuties. We did too.
